Apartments Are Renting Up Fast!

April 12, 2014

Charlotte apartment availability is low.   If you visit an apartment community and they tell you this is the last apartment in this floor plan for your move in time frame, believe them.  Charlotte is in the perfect storm mode.  With the DNC coming to Charlotte in September, any rentals close in to the city center are a hot commodity.

Occupancy percentage levels are in the mid to upper 90's.

Expect Uptown, Elizabeth, Dilworth, South End and South Park studio and one bedroom apartment pricing to begin in the $900's and up.  Many one bedrooms are starting at $1200.  Leases less than 6 months are not easily available.  Many people are leasing over the phone without ever seeing the apartments.

So, if you love it, chances are someone else will love it too, so do not wait too long to secure your apartment!
