How much does rent cost in Uptown Charlotte?
Many of our clients are looking to be close to the fun of South End, NODA, Elizabeth and Plaza Midwood. All of these areas hug the Charlotte Center City. Tiny studio apartments in these areas begin around $900. One bedroom apartment rents are easily $1100 to $1400 with the A+ communities starting in the $1400's.
The good news is that you can be within 10 minutes of these areas and pay $700 to $800 if you know where to look. There are a few vintage style or older B properties that are still very appealing if you do not need to have stainless steel and granite. Or, within a 15 minute drive (non-rush hour) you can rent at A rated properties with the bells and whistles such as a washer and dryer included, sometimes granite counter tops, state of the art fitness centers and upscale social gatherings in a very spacious one bedroom apartment for $800 to $900. Availability is usually tighter during the summer months but we stay informed and can be a great benefit to you.
When we help you with your apartment search, you will be able to take advantage of the best rent specials.
