How do you encapsulate 30 years of experience in the Charlotte apartment market? The 30 years cover so many rich multi-family experiences, relationships, fun and information gathering, that it is hard to extrapolate the data into a description. The one thing that is easy to say, is that all of this data has been poured into the passion that I have for helping people find their first or next apartment and bringing them together with the great professional colleagues we have within our Partner Property portfolio.  

 

My career began as a leasing professional which progressed to the position of community manager.  After the birth of our second son, I established All About Locating Apartments in 1996 as a sole proprietor. In 2010, the boys did not need mom as much, so I decided to grow the business.  This is when the business went from and "I" to a "We" and we re-branded and incorporated.  Click Pack Move, Inc. came to life and we hit the ground running.

Our membership with the GCAA (Greater Charlotte Apartment Association), has been invaluable.  The friendships, insight, professional growth and industry recognition are an exponential benefit to our renters!

Retirement does not mean that you slow down.  Since retiring, I have home schooled our son, taken him on a two week adventure with his best friend that covered most of the major must see spots west of the Mississippi.  

 

After getting him off to college, I took over managing the financial side of our company, dove back in to writing, guitar, blogging and travel and mission work

 

Busier now than ever and loving our life. 

I love what I do - and I mean that!  Customer service has always been something I've been passionate about - and now I get to practice that for a living.  A native of Columbia, SC, I graduated from the of Univ of SC with a BA in Journalism/Advertising and Public Relations. Besides loving my family - 1 fabulous husband and 3 cool kids (+1 bonus kid) - I also fiercely love my Gamecocks but please don't hold that against me. Joining the apartment industry in 2009 was one of the best decisions I ever made, and it gives me great opportunity to utilize my strengths every day. The GCAA is a fabulous community of professionals and I was honored to receive the Customer Service Bravo Award in 2013.  I believe customers perceive "service" in a very specific way, unique to only them. My job is find that way and to exceed their expectations.
